I was told to view this as a transformation plan, that my routine could be adjusted if my hair changes, but in general I was on a plan for damage control. Looking at this collection as a journey instead of a trial was eye opening, I love how the creators of these products view hair care in that way… a health journey.
I was surprised by how pleasant the products smelled. Slightly floral, but not overpowering. Then I noticed that there was a pre-wash! This is key for my fragile hair, it’s a way to pre-condition and is more moisturizing than a pre-poo.
The shampoo was super concentrated, a little went a long way, & it didn’t leave my hair feeling stripped, but it cleared the buildup so that I could feel the texture of my real hair.
The masque is everything! I massaged it in, let it sit for 5 minutes per the directions & was able to easily comb out my hair. & guess what? No buildup causing silicones! It left my hair soft, smooth & easier to style.
The serum was made for damaged, overstressed, over processed hair (me) & reconstructs hair at its core. It does what it says it will do. My hair is healthier, almost back to its pre-bleach state, & the visible fraying, & split ends I had are gone.
