Look Mom I Finally Grew A Butt
For as long as I can remember I've been the girl with thunder thighs but no butt. I grew up hit puberty gained 60 lbs. Yep, the first time I weighed myself AFTER I started losing weight, I was 186 pounds. I know that my peak was closer to 200... but lets not speculate. I lost the #weight quickly, I became lean and thin and focused on cardio.
Its funny because over these last 7 months, I've been so focused on my hair journey, healing my damaged curls, and helping friends grow their hair that I didn't even notice all my muscle gains! I've been working out 6 days a week, focused on muscle gain and let me just say... keep it up long enough and it will work!
Then I saw this pic and was like DAMN who booty dat? Boys used to make fun of me and my flat butt. My best friends brother used to tease me till I wanted to cry. I've been working out, running and #hiking ever since!
Ladies, lemme just say don't let anyone tell you what your body and can not do! If you want that booty, girl you can get it! If you want long hair, girl you can grow it!
