How Come Some Of Our Friends NEVER Buy From Us

This is a question that has come up often for me. It's something that I used to worry about when I first started an online business 6 years ago. The question seemed to haunt me: If my friends wont buy from me, who will? The real issue might shock you.

Here's the thing that holds our friends back, friends know the old YOU.

Your friends and family know your past, they remember when you weren't ambitious, when you would start something and quit, they remember when your hair was nappy and raggedy and you knew nothing. Often it is knowledge of the past which prevents reshaping the future.

It's time for you to get over it. They don't want your stuff. Stop chasing them.

Top earners in network marketing companies often complain about the "one" friend or family member who still wont trust and try their products. The best thing you can do to help your friends trust you, is get over them. Their judgement is not a reflection of how successful you can be. Your pursuit of someone who doesn't need your solution is a reflection of your own insecurities. You need to trust that you can be successful without their opinions. Let it go.

Why do other people, who you've never met you, trust you?

They don't know your past. They see your present, your consistency, your knowledge, your growth and they fuck with it. They trust you. Your insight gives them confidence and makes them feel good. They're not worried about your past because it is not relevant to the problems that they need your help with. Simple as that. You've grown as a person and this trust is a reward. Its kind of beautiful.

I'll use myself as an example, 95% of my customers are women I've never met in real life. They found me on facebook or instagram or were referred to me by a friend. The beautiful thing about a home businesses is that it allows you to help women who are searching for solutions to really specific problems: acne, dry hair, weight loss, low energy, thinning hair, premature wrinkles etc. Those women, who still have not found answers to those problems, are the women who will become your customers. Not the people who already have solutions. And maybe not your best friends.

The other thing that you need to remember is that not everyone needs to be your customer. Friends can stay friends. Love them for holding that space with you.

Family can stay family. Love them for holding that space with you.

I hope this is helpful and I wish you so much success with your business. Remember to believe in your own success and stop looking to others for validation.
